The expediency of legislative support to abidance of ethical standards of medical and pharmaceutical workers is justified. The complex of measures necessary for the implementation of this task is offered. There is developed draft law for support to abidance ethical standards in health care. It is shown that the adoption of the draft law will facilitate humanization and development of the health system in Ukraine.
