Humanitarian complexity is new theoretical construct, research potential of which is just clear up. In this article humanitarian complexity is discussed in the context of the avant-garde, modernization, innovation. Humanitarian complexity associated with practitioners to identify internal order, which is opposed to the external order. A look at the person that is generated by external social order, rules stated in this article. Personality is opposed to individuality. It develops the idea that the individual abilities and is designed to detect the internal orders that increase the humanitarian complexity. The conclusion is that the reflection on the humanitarian complexity naturally leads to a rethinking of the existing system of values. A set of key terms, allowing to continue further research of humanitarian complexity, is invited to discussion. By this terminological set are assigned terms: simplicity, personality, individuality, external and internal order, understanding the inner chaotization.
