The article discusses the changing challenges of higher medical education today. This is due to the relevance of considering the person as a whole and the theory of generations. The author analyzed the individual psychological differences of dental students of the Y and Z generations. Based on the results of a pilot study, the factors that determine the success of student learning today are determined. And also clarified the requirements for changing the learning conditions of students of different generations.
