Medical cards of the dead persons, which were in archives of multifield hospital and accompanying coupons of the emergency medical service from madical cards, were analysed in this research. Cases of lethality during the period less than 24 hours were analysed. These cases were distributed by age, sex, duration of the patient’s stay (treatment) in the hospital, hospitalization by different directions and other signs. Prehospital stage was estimated according to some aspects.
