The study shows sanology of adaptogenesis on molecular and submolecular levels. Features of epigenetic mechanisms of sanogenesis management were described. The role of sanology in perinatal medicine and its prospects in this sphere were examined. The authors presented automated systems of monitoring functional potentials of organism. Efficiency of drug therapy, which uses individual approach to internal reserves of a definite patient was estimated.
