The article discusses the normative dimension of bioethics. Normalization is the process of socialization of values, search for a new content of the public good. The norm is formed as a result of the normalization and normativity. Legally admissible provision eliminates the variability of judgments of bioethics. There are identified the main areas in bioethics, which focuses a normalizing point of view and justification of the normal takes place through the bioethical debates.
