It is grounded in the article, that in order to manage the process of health care it is necessary to classify physiological parameters and use adequate methods of diagnostics on the basis of analysis of the systems of methods of theory and practice of health management. It allows developing health control system due to direct, reverse and local functional relations between its elemetents, which provides health safety.
