In the paper, the observation of medical rehabilitation of 42 patients that occurred after radiation treatment of head and neck malignant tumors. Tooth removal is possible if necessary. Surgical technique should be as atraumatic as possible and in addition local gel “Apident” can be applied for primary wound closure.
