Some questions concerning defects of providing medical care in Ukraine and in other countries of the world are reflected in the article. The main concepts of medical care are presented. Legal aspects of offences of medical workers are reflected in abbreviated form. The main assessment to a current state of the question of forensic medical examinations concerning defects of providing medical care, in particular, in cases of emergency is given.
