Stroke is one of the most important medical-social problem, and one needs to unite efforts, to learn the world experience and to take necessary actions in order to resolve the problem of stroke. The review of modern recommendation on urgent help, diagnostics, management and intensive therapy of patients with acute stroke is presented in the article.
