The article is devoted to theoretical and applied analysis of problems of psychological health and psychological service delivery to the public. There is given discussion of concepts mental and psychological health factors and the current state of mental health of Ukrainian people. The necessity of psychological practice spreading and creation and development of efficient provision of psychological services are grounded.
