This work presents diagnostic possibilities of spiroarteriocardiorhythmography in sanogenetic state determination, adequate choice and efficacy monitoring of antihypertensive pharmacotherapy in patients with primary arterial hypertension II and III stage. It was found that balance normalization of parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system stabilizes electrical activity of the heart and peripheral vascular tonus. This leads to normalization of systolic and diastolic blood pressure. However, spiroarteriocardiorhythmography indicates that used antihypertensive pharmacotherapy has limited possibilities in syncope states prevention.
