RESEARCH OF THERAPEUTIC EFFICIENCY OF VITAMIN D UNDER EXPERIMENTAL MODEL OF POSTTRAUMATIC ADHESIVE PROCESS IN FEMALE RATS

The aim of work was research of vitamin D influence on intensity of adhesive process for the females of rats at the terms of experimental model of the posttraumatic forming of peritoneal joints.

Adhesion process was provoked by intraabdominal introduction of talc water suspension. It is set that indication of vitamin D at the terms of experimental model of posttraumatical peritoneal joints forming has negative influence on pathological process intensity, as it causes activating neoangiogenesis and strengthens the structural damages of uterine tissues, i. e. manifestation of adhesive process.
