The article deals with methodological foundations for the complexity understanding. There are slaving principle by H. Haken; order through fluctuations by I. Prigogine; seven principles of complexity be E. Morin. The author shows advantages and deficiencies of these and other methodological means. Adequate philosophical foundations of the methodology have to be elaborated on the ground of ideas from treasury of world philosophy. Thus it was shown capacity of Hegelian analysis of formation of efficient cause for understanding the situation of bifurcation.
