We investigated comparative treatment effectiveness of chronic prostatitis with metabolic syndrome with inclusion prostate hyperthermia and standard medication in 62 patients. We revealed that inclusion of transrectal hyperthermia in the complex rehabilitative treatment of the patients with chronic prostatitis and metabolic syndrome allows to achieve the more pronounced influence on the disease clinical manifestations. Decrease or complete disappearance of complaints, decrease of inflammatory process manifestations (regress of inflammatory prostate signs at US and reliable reduction of leukocytes amount in the prostate secretion) were observed.
