This review gives results of modern investigations of the processes of immune-competent cells intercellular relation at cytokine-mediated chronic viral hepatites. There are highlighted the data about functional polymorphism of cytokines’ genes and their receptors with different diseases, a possibility of connection of allelic polymorphism of cytokines’ genes and severity of consequences of viral hepatitis.
