The results of investigation of the state of humoral link of immunity of pregnant women suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis in state of anemia are presented in the article. It was shown that anemic syndrome in pregnants on the basis of tubercular process takes place with sufficient reduction of functional ability of B-lymphocytes, which determines the hemopoesis’ depression. The role of cytokines in pathogenesis of anemia of pregnant women suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis was determined.
