The article contains research data of indices of nonspecific and specific immune anti-infection protection in 47 pregnant women with miscarriage suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis. It is shown that miscarriage in patients with tuberculosis occurs on the background of substantial violations of non-specific effector system of anti-infection protection and systemic cellular immunity link.
