In this article the author states substantive provisions of one of conceptual models of psychosynergetics, the new concept of a spatio-temporal axial centering of psyche and personality based on the methodological bases of a postnonclassical science of the end of XX — beginning of XXI century. On the grounds against of this concept, the author’s program of work of psychologist-rehabilitator in conditions of a high-speed trauma with difused injury is developed.
