Basic bioethics questions associated with vaccination are discussed: post-vaccination reactions and complications, intercurrent diseases, mass immunization, introduction of innovative vaccines, realization of the programs of infectious diseases eradication, teaching of medical workers on questions of immunoprevention, antivaccinal campaigns.
