The enzymes activity and integrated biochemical parameters changes at medherm intraperitoneal injection in intact rats are established to be depending on the dose. At medherm injection in 1/40 LD50 dose certain changes of marker enzymes activity and liver functional state integrated biochemical parameters are observed in the serum and liver tissue. No significant shifts in intact rats biochemical homeostasis were revealed due to medherm course administration in 1/160 LD50 dose.
