The paper described disturbance of local immunity in patients with tuberculosis infection. The data presented efficacy of using Pentoxifyllinum and Contrycal in restoration and normalization of local factors of oropharyngeal region mucous membranes. It is important in prophylaxis and prevention of inflammatory destructive processes of mucous membranes in patients with tuberculosis infection.
