The results on cholecystectomy, which have been performed in patients with gallstones cholecystitis via usage of one port with diameter of 2.0 mm, which have been installed in navel zone. Dissection of tissues was performed with harmonic scalpel and extraction of tissues was performed via vaginal posterior fomix. 17 cholecystectomies have been performed without intra- and postoperative complications during the next three months of observation. Such technology of operation is considered as least harmful in the course of abdominal operations performing.
