The article presents the literature data and own experience in diagnosis and treatment of hydrocephaly, accompanied with ventricular system fragmentation in children. The considered pathology is one of the most difficult form of hydrocephaly for diagnosis and surgical treatment. The majority of supervision concern the younger age group.
