The results of study of complex medical treatment (orthodontic medical treatment with milk thistle) influencing on the lipid peroxidation condition at children with crowding teeth and catarrhal gingivitis are presented in the article. The conducted researches of children’s mouth liquid testify to ability of milk thistle to inhibit the lipid peroxidation caused by chronic catarrhal gingivitis, and to influence lipid peroxidation in the mouth cavity, that takes place as a result of orthodontic interference.
