The new approaches to build-up and operation of policy of safety have been accepted in Ukraine. The new installations of preparation and functioning of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the period 2006–2011 have documentally elaborated, that defines legible detailing of forces and resources of the Armed Forces. They could be involved for problem solving according to a situation. The organization of medical support of Armed Forces involved in operations would be carried out by forces and resources of the medical service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the term of the task execution from 5–6 till 90 days and longer. In order to avoid a multi-stage service, it is offered to provide specialized medical care at medical military clinical centers with evacuation by ground and air transport. The Armed Forces of Ukraine would fulfil the tasks according to situation on assignment by composition of peace time, or, if necessary, after making up of the staff with both personnel and equipment.
