Development of stage-by-stage education in the Bukovinian State Medical University is carried out according to the program of development of nursing in Ukraine (2005–2010). Our university was at the source of studies of nurses in educational establishments of the ІV level of accreditation. Department of patient’s care and higher nursing education, which was founded for the first time, is necessary for the university where nurses are trained.
