The article presents the data of clinical-psychological research of individual typological peculiarities and age-dependent manifestation of disease exacerbation at the example of urological patients. Development of chronic diseased at a certain life or time period, turning stages of human life, critical points fully coinside with definite points at the “life time arrow”, they are determined by individual biological clock.
