The excretion kinetics of 14С-thiobarbiturates from a rat’s organism is studied. The research showed that the compound and its metabolites are almost completely removed from the body of experimental animals (90% within 5 days). The characteristic signs of the compound excretion are the preponderance of renal excretion and monoexponentiality of the excretion processes.
