120 patients with different activity of chronic hepatitis C and 50 healthy persons were examined. Production of IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-1Ra was investigated in blood serum of the people. Functional disbalance of the cytokine system is established. Such violations favour the disease aggrevation, activation of fibrosis process and development of cirrhosis in the liver tissue.
