Endoscope X-ray embolisation of the vessels in the patients suffering from renal cancer of III–IV stage appears to be the most efficient way of prevention the massive bleeding during the operation.
Decreasing of the massive bleeding during the surgical treatment of the patients with renal cancer of III–IV stage favors the earlier post-operative period and decreases the number of days spent in clinic.
