The analysis of modern methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Helicobacter pylori infection in children and adolescents is done. It is preferred to use noninvasive diagnostic methods for children. The basic treatment schemes of this infection in children and adults are given. It is necessary to follow the protocols of eradication during the treatment. The conclusion about effectiveness of different methods of eradication therapy is made.
