The analysis if the results of elective telemedical consultation, which have been undertaken at the Odessa Regional Clinican Hospital, was made. The effectiveness of this form of medical service with regard to diagnostics of the cardio-vascular pathology at the early neonate period as well as to the diagnostics of pathology of the female reproductive system. The obtained data allowed to organise the medical management and might be used as a basis for administrative decisions aimed at the improvement of the healthcare system organisation in the distant hospitals.
