The article is devoted to comprehension of the freedom of art creativity in USSR (the Stalyn’s period). An influence of socio-political environment and prevailing ideology upon the creative development and destiny of creator’s of our country is analysed. The author examines different versions of making the freedom of art creativity actual, that were possible in situations formed in the soviet culture.
