90 patients have been surveyed. Depending on the applied therapy patients are divided into 2 groups: control group — patients got base medicamentous therapy; basic group — additionally got procedures of ozonetherapy in the form of IP/V drop injections of the ozonized physiological solution. It is established that application of ozonetherapy in complex treatment of patients promotes development more expressed hypolipidemical effect, accompanied reduction of triglycerides, general cholesterol, low-density lipoproteins, increase of high-density lipoproteins in comparison with medicamentous therapy at all stages of supervision — in 1, 6 and 12 months.
