The clinical and epidemiological features of abdominal typhus modern course were studied in 32 patients. The result was the following: an acute onset, symptoms of gastroenterocolitis, high level of intoxication, hepatolienal syndrome based on epidemiological situation make it possible to diagnose abdominal typhus and start treatment.
