There are former bioethical principles in modern reality, methods and theories that are not adequate and effective. In the conditions of the realized co-operating of individual or humanity with other objects of living and lifeless nature takes place through the modified biosphere. If activity of man does not begin to be regulated with new ethics principles, the consequences of it can have global and catastrophic character. The nooethics must become one of mechanisms of controls of Noosphere and a component part of ethics, as a section of philosophy and culture that will provide stable existence and development of Noosphere.
