The stages of development of bioethics, its communication with development of biomedical ethics are analyzed in the article. Distinctions between these concepts are discussed; the expediency of wider application of the term “global ethics” is proved. On the basis of the concept of academician V. I.Vernadsky introduction of concept of “nooethics” as a science which studies strategy of survival of a human in conditions of occurrence of the Noosphere is offered.
