Synergetic strategy of human actions for favorable choice of social self-organization pre-suggests the understanding of kind of chaos in self-organizing medium. The article offers to consider the medium of political self-organization in Ukraine as dynamic, but not thermodynamic chaos. This consideration is based on synergetic interpretation of visualized structures, obtained earlier due to mathematical processing of data of elections to Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in 1998 and 2002.
