This article is devoted to the life and ideas of one of the famous thinker — Russian and Belgian scientist — physicist, chemist, philosopher, Nobel Prise Winner, Ilya Prigogin. There are presented fundamental ideas of Prigogin as “events of Thought” from point of view of intellectual biography of thinker: Time, Chaos, Cosmos. It was demonstrated revolutionary role of Ilya Prigogin’s ideas for modern science and world-outlook.
