CELLULAR AND MOLECULAR MECHANISMS OF INTERACTION IN “HOST — M. TUBERCULOSIS” SYSTEM AND ITS USAGE FOR STRUGGLE WITH TUBERCULOSIS

Cellular and molecular mechanisms of interaction in the “host — pathogen” system are examined. Modern views on the formation of defense reactions in humans as a response for M. tuberculosis intervention is produced. The role of genetic factors of the human being and pathogen in development of tuberculosis infection is elucidated.
