Tragic worldview of Nietzsche in the context of his philosophy of language is investigated from point of view of created by Nietzsche type “laughing philosopher-pessimist”. This type in the unity of tragedy and joy is able to create contents. Meaning and sense of this contents are established by “laughing philosopher-pessimist” in the language. The author came to conclusion that language is not reflection of reality, but declaration of our attitude to the things in the form of metaphors.
