The modern representations about two types of inflammation in a rhinology — bacterial and allergic are reflected in the submitted work. Diagnostic approaches for revealing character of an inflammation, and accordingly, treatment are described. Necessity of integration of scientific searches of precise differential approaches of character of an respiratory ways inflammation is stated.
