In work preconditions are considered and there is submitted opportunity of the integrative approach to an estimation sanogenesis as one of the conditions development and formation of various pathological conditions. On an example of research of a contingent of clinical sanatorium in independence of the basic and accompanying pathology with the help of spiroarteriocardiorythmographia and laser correlation spectroscopy the opportunity of definition of functional intensity in various sanogenetic systems and a condition gumoral and tissues homeostasis, that is especially important for definition of specific features of pathology development.
