ENDOGENIC IMMUNE REGULATION IN PREGNANCY

Problems of humoral regulation of immune reactions in interaction between mother and fetus as semi-allogenic transplant in pregnancy are considered. Possible role of cytokines as endogenic immune regulators produced by placenta is discussed. It is demonstrated that cytokines influence on growth and development of fetoplacental tissues, endocrine reorganization, blocking of maternal lymphocytes immune reactions aimed on fetus rejection as an alien transplant.
