The article deals with the foreign and native investigators different points of view as well as the author’s position on several problems appeared during the last decade due to the wide use of the cesarean section operation. The questions of the repeated cesarean section are debated with the proposal of operation performance risk factors estimation system. The jurisprudentic and social aspects of the operation performance by the pregnant woman will are pointed out. The proposals for the corresponded normative documents creation in the Ukraine are grounded.
