THE ROLE OF ECOLOGICAL FACTORS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF FUNGAL BRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN CHILDREN

Environmental contamination is dangerous for the child with a bronchial asthma. Taking into account increase of a fungal genesis pathology marked at present time, which is caused by mycotic air pollution, research of the importance of a fungal sensibilization in children with a bronchial asthma has been done. Presence of mycoallergy is registered in 84.2 % of patients. The etiological spectrum of a fungal sensibilization with an estimation of influence of separate adverse factors on its occurrence and development is fixed. Infringements of respiratory ways biocenosis as the presence of funguses Candіda albіcans have been revealed in the majority of patients.
