The work considers social-economic and medical aspects influencing the state of women’s reproductive health. Special attention is drawn to diseases and abnormalities of a fetus, possibilities of using new technologies for their diagnosis and treatment.
There are presented data of efficacy of endoscopic reconstructive plastic operation in infertility, introduction of methods of extracorporal fertilization and embryo transfer.
