In memoir the attempt of an establishment of character of interrelation between the basic categories of medicine — «health» and «illness» is undertaken, the most important principles of before-nozologic diagnostics are stated, the basic steps of algorithm of before-nozologic diagnostics are given on the basis of a rating of physiological balance.
