In a given work a special attention is payed to the research of people’s individual differences to the relations of dynamic characteristics of the basic properties of the nervous system, mental functions and behaviour in general. It is shown a genetic determination of the most widespread mental disorders. Psychological functions of a man are determined by genotype, physiological and social adaptation and the latter is an integral manifestation of functioning of many genes and their expression under the influence of concrete environmental condition.
